 VPA: A"Member-Driven Association" So, what does this mean to you? As VPA enters its 100th year of operation in 2015, we continue look for ways for our members to get involved. These 35 principals serve on the VPA Executive Council and its two standing committees, the Activity Standards Standing Committee and the Professional Learning and Support Standing Committee.     ARE YOU A HIGH SCHOOL JUNIOR OR SENIOR STUDENT LEADER WHO WOULD LIKE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A $5,000 SCHOLARSHIP TO HELP DEFRAY COLLEGE EXPENSES?

    And if you hold a student government office, and meet the other criteria, you could be a recipient of a William Randolph Hearst Senate Youth Scholarship. The William Randolph Hearst Youth Senate Program presents an outstanding opportunity for our best and brightest high school juniors and seniors. Leadership, academic achievement, clear speech and logical thought process, and community involvement are the desired qualities set forth by the Hearst Foundation.
