this session outlines Addison-Rutland Supervisory Union's journey through the Personalized Learning Plan implementation process and realization of ACT 77. Designed to assist teams who are just beginning the Personalized Learning Plan implementation process.
This strand focuses on the current body of knowledge regarding the teaching and learning of mathematics across the grades. In addition participants will attend breakout where they will engage with the foundational mathematics central to grades K-2, 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Finally, participants will understand how one Vermont district is systemically addressing mathematics teaching and learning.
Participants will learn from a wide variety of experts who work directly with Vermont schools to provide safe and secure learning environments.
Who should attend: School leaders and leadership teams who wish to design and/or revise a systemic-minded plan for your work with the people you lead. Past attendees and leaders new to the use of brain-based learning principles in planning will benefit from this learning experience.
