The
Richard Breen Sportsmanship Award honors sportsmanship in
student activities.
The Richard
Breen Sportsmanship Award is named after our second full time
Executive Director, of what was then called The Vermont Headmasters’
Association. This award personifies Richard’s very strong
belief in sportsmanship in student activities.
Your school
is eligible to receive this award if it has gone through an
entire school year (2006-2007) in all VPA sponsored school
activities without a varsity game disqualification being assessed
to a student or coach. Please notify us in May 2007, if your
school qualifies for this most important award.
Your written
certification stating your school has fully met the criteria
of the Richard Breen Sportsmanship Award will result in your
school receiving this prestigious award.
Please
make it a sportsmanship goal for this school year.
