Members Present: Bruce Viens, Chuck Pearce, Peter Maneen, Judy Reed, Bob Johnson, Bob Abrahamson, Buddy Hayford, Pat Hanifan, Joe O’Brien, Dan Marlow, John Olmquist, Pete Sakash, Pat Merriam

Minutes:

- seeded boys and girls tournament. Question on date for Thetford due to coaches  request. Bob J. will check on this. Seedings approved.

- discussion on criteria to be used for divisional alignments. Four factors to be considered are the 5% rule for total numbers, number of sports in a school, strength of program over past 3-4 years and strength of local youth programs. Dan will be meeting with chairs of baseball and basketball to discuss what they plan on using and will then present to ASC at meeting on 11/3/07.
