Members Present: Dean Corkum, Dan Marlow, Judy Reed, Terry Harlow, Laurie Ledoux, Joe O’Brien, Melba Masse, Chris Sawyer, Bob Johnson

Minutes:

- completed pairings for tournament. Discussion on how many games go on Friday, Possible two games (3:30 and 6:00), however final decision will be affected by possible graduation conflicts. Could go 1 Boys, 2 Girls Saturday (this is what we did last year). Bob J. will look at this after first two rounds.

- discussion on fields. MMU’s field may be too short. Have notified AD of the issue. Bob J. will call and talk further with her.

- brief discussion on shoes at UVM. No cleats allowed. Just turf shoes and running shoes/sneakers. Bob J. will get this out in a note to all schools.

- reviewed lightening policy. Will updater in the Fall. 30 minutes if seen or heard. Officials and site administrator to implement.

- officials need place to change at UVM. Bob J. will check on this.
