Members Present: Mike O’Day, Bob Davis, Mike Norman, Tom Conte, Mike Hatt, Bob Hingston, David Capman, Dan Ryan, Bruce Wheeler, Chris Sawyer, Sean Farrell, Bob Johnson

Minutes:

- completed seedings for Division I, II and III.
- DI – motion to accept Dan R., second Mike N., approved unanimously
- DII – motion to accept Bruce W., second Sean F., approved unanimously
- DIII – motion to accept Dan R., second Tom C., approved unanimously

- discussion on finals sites. Is Burlington willing to host 2 games? Bob J. will check into this. Will probably need one site in South. Possibility of Brattleboro, MSJ, Apple Jack and Windsor (however they may be in the final). After semis, Bob J. and Mike O. will talk to finalize sites.

- brief discussion on officials. Need to make sure crews are rotated among schools during the regular season so that schools are not seeing the same crews all the time. This will be brought to the Football Officials Association.

- adjourned
