1) Discussion
on Harwood appeal for divisional alignment in cross-country
running, golf, track and tennis. It was noted that Harwood
is already placed in Division II for golf.
- motion by D.G. Weaver, second by Cynthia Hinrichsen
“ to table Harwoods divisional alignment request to move from
Division I
to Division II in track and tennis pending consideration of
track and
tennis committees recommendations for divisional alignments.
Cross-
Country running is to remain in Division I for the 2003 school
year.”

2) Discussion on Lamoille’s request to be placed in Division
II for Nordic Skiing.

“to table Lamoille’s request to move to Division II in Nordic
Skiing
pending consideration of the Nordic Ski committees recommendation
on divisional alignments (meeting on 9/22/03).”

3) Discussion
on out-of-season coaching request made by U-32 Hockey Asst.
Coach.
- motion by Jack Pennypacker, second by Shaun Pickett
“to approve the request of U-32 Asst. Hockey Coach so that
he be allowed
to coach 1 more additional U-32 player then the current out-of-season
policy allows.”
