1. Minutes
of 8/14&15 were approved
2. October 02 Fiscal report was approved
3. Council approved the Chair/Vice chair from the ASC to attend
Ex. Council meetings and approved a Council the Ex. Council
to attend ASC meetings, both non-voting, and to be appointed
by the Chair of each committee.
4. . Approved an expansion of the voting members from twelve
members to fifteen members. The three additions are to be
an Assistant Principal, a Technical Education Director and
the Past President. They are to be elected at the May Annual
Meeting, 03
5. Reapproved the policy on merchandising and expanded it
to Website banner advertisements.
6. Went into Executive session to meet with representatives
of the VSA. To review a joint VSA/VPA Program
7. Came out of executive session and approved in concept a
joint VSA/VPA Program
